Liz Woolman, Associate Non-Executive Director

Liz Woolman has a degree in Management Studies and an MBA, she is a qualified executive coach and marketeer.

Liz is currently a non-executive director for the Pension Protection Fund, Local Pensions Partnership Administration and Anglo Saxons Friendly Society, where she is the Senior Independent Director.

She is also a director and the founder of Reconnect Business Coaching Ltd and a trustee of Friends of High Weald Churches, a charity.

Liz has over 25 years’ experience in a FTSE 100 organisation in the global technology sector.

During her executive career Liz managed an extensive technology portfolio for BT Group leading a successful digital transformation, launching innovative new products and services, increasing efficiency and implementing new systems and technology platforms.

She also held senior positions in a range of functions including human resources, sales, marketing, strategy and commercial product management.
