Sexual health clinics

We have sexual health clinics across north and west Kent. To book an appointment call 0300 373 0709.

Patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis. Please allow plenty of time for your visit as there could be a wait of up to two hours.

You may be offered a booked appointment or asked to come back to the next walk-in clinic if we have reached the maximum number of patients we’re able to see.

We offer contraceptive services at our walk-in appointments, but complex contraception procedures such as implant or coil fittings/exchanges need a pre-booked appointment.

For implant procedures, please call us to book. For coils, please submit the appropriate coil and implant procedures form.

To reduce waiting times, please print and complete our appointment registration form [docx] 861KB before attending the clinic.

Walk-in and wait clinics

We operate a booked appointment service and this will be offered, if needed, following a telephone consultation with one of our administrative or clinical staff. They will discuss your concerns and signpost you to the most appropriate clinic.

We also offer ‘walk-in and wait’ clinics across our service. We will see you on a first come, first served basis.

If we have reached the maximum number we can see for that session we will offer you an appointment or ask you to return the next walk-in clinic. You may have to wait up to 2 hours, but we aim to see you the same day.

We offer contraception services at our walk-in clinics, but do not offer complex contraception procedures such as implant or coil fittings/exchanges during these sessions.

For implant procedures, please call us to book.

For coils, please complete and submit the relevant assessment form under 'coil procedures' on the contraception page.
