Chapels and multi-faith centres

There are multi-faith chapels at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells hospitals, where you may come and be quiet, whatever your viewpoint of life and whether you describe yourself as religious or not.

They are open all the time and are places for peace, contemplation and affirmation. Both are close to the main entrances of the hospitals, and clearly signposted.

Our Chaplaincy can also help you to make contact with a leader of your own faith.

Inpatient facilities

Volunteers take newspaper and trolley shops around the wards and run a ward library service.

Telephones

Free phones for taxis are available at the main entrances of the hospital.
