With vibrant towns and cities, picturesque villages, beautiful countryside and stunning beaches, Kent has something for everyone.

Maidstone, the business capital of the county, is in the heart of Kent on the River Medway.

Tunbridge Wells is one of the oldest and most sophisticated boroughs in the county. The area is made up of three towns: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Cranbrook and Paddock Wood, with beautiful Wealden villages scattered throughout the countryside.

The garden of England

Whether you want a gentle stroll or prefer to hit the trails on a mountain bike you can get out and about in some of the most stunning countryside in England.

Home to the Kent Downs and High Weald, and bordering the Surrey Hills, you’re never far from an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Kent has a 350-mile coastline where you can find dramatic cliffs, wide sandy bays, and pebbly beaches. Enjoy a day at the seaside, exhilarating rides at the funfair, visiting the old harbour towns, or just relaxing on the beach.

“MTW is an ambitious organisation and a great place to work.”
