Our temporary staff bank supplies cost effective, appropriately skilled staff to cover temporary shortages in medical and dental, nursing and midwifery, allied health professions (AHP) and administration and clerical teams.

Staff bank is also used by permanent staff wishing to pick up additional shifts. The range of services covered gives an opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills, get an insight into other areas and specialties, and can often be a route into permanent employment.

Monday – Friday day duty: £12.21 excluding WTD payments and £13.74 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £17.21 excluding WTD payments and £19.37 including WTD payments.

All time on Sundays and public holidays (midnight to midnight): £22.34 excluding WTD payments and £25.14 including WTD payments.

Band 3

Monday – Friday day duty: £12.44 excluding WTD payments and £14.00 including WTD payments.

All time on Saturday (midnight to midnight) + any weekday 8pm to 6am: £16.79 excluding WTD payments and £18.89 including WTD payments.
