What we do
The Acute Stroke Unit (ASU) is a 35-bed unit - formerly Stroke Unit and Chaucer Ward - at Maidstone Hospital.
It provides inpatient stroke care as part of our stroke services together with the 14 bed Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) and stroke assessment bay.
