About
Dr Naveed Iqbal trained in neurology and stroke medicine at the Neuroscience Centre in Muscat, Oman.
He was appointed as Senior Clinical Fellow in Stroke Medicine at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust in December 2019.
In August 2021, Dr Iqbal joined University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust as a consultant in stroke medicine, where he contributed to the delivery of stroke services across Sussex including IV thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy and other specialist interventions.
He also previously ran the General Neurology Clinic at Royal Sussex County Hospital.
