All services are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) friendly. We welcome LGBT people to any of our appointment or walk services.
If you are gay or bisexual man, or identify as male (including trans) we also offer The Men’s room appointment clinic on a Wednesday evening (4-7pm). This service provides a choice of male and female health professionals and offers:
- triple site STI testing (urine, throat and rectal testing)
- microscopy for prompt STI diagnosis if you have symptoms
- treatment for all STIs
- rapid HIV testing
- Hepatitis A and B vaccination
- HIV Post exposure prophylaxis following high risk sexual exposure
- PrEP monitoring
- Support and advice following sexual assault
- Free condoms and lube
- Information and confidential advice on safer sex, chemsex, drugs and alcohol

If you are a lesbian, bisexual woman or identify as female (including trans) you are more than welcome to attend this clinic but if you would prefer to attend an alternative clinic at any of our services please call 0300 373 0709 and we can arrange for you to be seen at another time.
Although our service is focussed on sexual health if there is anything else that concerns you, for example psychological issues or worries you can discuss this with the nurse or doctor seeing you. We may not always be able to deal with the issue there and then but we can offer appropriate advice and may be able to refer you to an appropriate service.
