As you have explained Mr Douglas and Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital Trust are both acting in a dual role in relation to the STP therefore I was not clear of the status of your response. Was that from Mr Douglas in his role as Chair of the STP Management Board? Or as CEO of the Trust?
