(i) The organigramme for the senior nursing management team in the Trust, including Director of Nursing/Head or Chief Nurse or equivalent position(s), together with the Deputy/Assistant Director (or equivalent) structure immediately below the Director/Head Nurse level(s) but above Divisional Head of Nursing or equivalent;
(ii) For each of the posts at Director/Head (or equivalent) and Deputy/Assistant Director (or equivalent) levels included in the organigramme referenced in question (i):
1. On how many occasions over the last five years has the Trust sought to fill a vacancy for the post concerned (ie. for how many vacancies in the nursing top management team has the Trust advertised); and
2. How many applications did the Trust receive for each post concerned?
