Would you be able to provide rotas for each of your inpatient wards (excluding emergency and intensive care) for each of the last 5 years and as much of 2017 as you are able to, making clear the grades of the doctors allocated to each ward (F1, F2 etc.)? Feel free to anonymise the doctors in the rota – I am interested in their grade, not their identity.
If that is not possible, would you be able to provide a list, for each of the last five years and as much of 2017 as you have data for, of all the occasions where just one doctor was allocated to an inpatient ward. Please make clear what grade that doctor was (F1, F2, CT1, consultant etc.), which ward they were the sole doctor for, what date this occurred and for which hours.
To be clear – I would like you to include cases where just one doctor was allocated to a ward, even if they had access to help from doctors on nearby wards in the event of an emergency or for advice.
