Since January 2018, have you allowed an Agency to fill a shift or booking above the April Cap (implemented in 2016) via the CPP Framework (otherwise known as the National Clinical Staffing Framework Agreement (Reference CPP2015/01))? For reference the term ‘shift’ can include any general nursing or critical nursing role.
