Mr William Lynn qualified from the University of London in 2006 with Distinction.

He completed his Core Surgical Training within the east of England before undertaking the North East Thames Higher Surgical rotation, followed by a period of post-CCT training in bariatric surgery at The Homerton Hospital. He was appointed at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in 2020.

Mr Lynn has published multiple papers and articles on bariatric and general surgery and authored several book chapters.

His specialist interests are in laparoscopic and benign upper GI surgery and bariatric surgery.
