Professional Profile

After completing specialist training in clinical radiology at the UCH/Middlesex hospitals and a fellowship in cancer imaging at the Royal Marsden, Dr Sasha Humphries was appointed as a consultant radiologist at the Trust in 2006.

She is the lead consultant for the gynae-oncology multidisciplinary team (MDT) based at Maidstone Hospital and works as part of the colorectal cancer MDT.

Dr Humphries is the college tutor for clinical radiology in the Trust, responsible for the radiology trainees coming to MTW as part of the Kent radiology training scheme, working closely with her colleagues at East Kent Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

She has served as lead consultant for clinical governance in the Radiology department and is the Trust’s lead clinician for sarcoma.
