Professional Profile
Dr Katy Laver qualified from Birmingham Medical School in 2006. She started her anaesthetic training in Birmingham, later moving to the South, to complete the rest of her training in the South East London School of Anaesthesia.
She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2012 and undertook advanced training modules in Airway, Obstetrics and Major Trauma at King’s College Hospital.
Dr Laver was appointed as a consultant anaesthetist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in 2021.
