Professional Profile

Dr James Wight is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class degree in Pharmacology, followed by clinical training leading to MB BChir.

His postgraduate qualifications include FRCA (Anaesthetics), AFICM (Intensive Care Medicine), MRCP (Medicine), MSc (Perioperative Medicine), EDRA (Regional Anaesthesia), and a PgCert in Clinical Education.

Dr Wight is actively involved in medical education, serving as an Educational Supervisor for anaesthetic trainees and as a Clinical Academic Tutor for medical students at Kent and Medway Medical School.
