Professional Profile

Dr Tsang was appointed as a consultant physician in 1996 and practises general internal and geriatric medicine at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. He participates in the acute on call rota receiving unselected acute admissions.

Dr Tsang’s main area of interest is Parkinson’s disease in the elderly and he holds a regular clinic for this at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

He also has an interest in osteoporosis and orthogeriatrics looking after patients admitted with fractured neck of femur (a hip fracture).

He has experience in acute and community geriatrics and trained in these aspects as a senior registrar in the Wessex region from 1992-1996.

Dr Tsang has previously served as Clinical lead and Site Lead in Acute Medicine at Tunbridge Wells Hospital, and was Clinical Director from 2007 to 2011.
