The NHS has been supporting the health of everyone for over 76 years. To make sure it is fit for the future, the Government is calling on the general public to share their experiences of the health service, and give their opinion on the NHS’ future, by completing an online survey.

The survey is open to anyone aged 16 and over, living in England. Participants will need to create an online account to complete the survey.

The public’s views and ideas are important, and will directly inform the development of the Government’s 10-Year-Plan for Health for England. Alongside the public’s feedback, the Government will also take into account a wide range of contributions, including further research and feedback from experts and partners.
