Employee and Team of the month awards

At MTW, we give a monthly award to one employee and one team, from within our Trust, to recognise outstanding effort, commitment and professionalism. Anyone can nominate a member of our staff or an entire team. The nominations are then considered by our Executive Team and certificates are presented to the winners each month.

Staff Stars Awards

Every year the Trust holds a gala awards ceremony to recognise the staff who go the extra mile. Teams and employees who have been nominated and shortlisted attend the glittering evening event, which is held at a local venue. Patients and staff can nominate those they feel have shown the commitment, professionalism and dedication in providing the best possible care. There are 10 award categories, which reflect the Trust’s values of PRIDE: Patient First, Respect, Innovation, Delivery, Excellence as well as Volunteer of the Year, Employee of the Year, Team of the Year and The Sylvia Denton Award for Care and Compassion.
