1. The guidance states that ‘Regularly auditing the number of patients using the Sponsors Products or Dispensing Appliance Contractors and making sure that patient choice is respected’. Could you please provide the last three months audit which contains the total number of stoma patients discharged, a breakdown of the products/brands that the patients have been discharged on and the number of patients referred to the sponsoring companies Dispensing Appliance Contractor.

2. Can you also provide us with the total annual payments you receive from the sponsoring company, which we understand to be Salts Healthcare. Can you also provide the detailed breakdown of these payments.
