I would like to request the following information for the past three financial years up to 2018/19 —
Number of non-disclosure agreements signed, including date of each agreement, pay grade of recipient (if staff), reason for payment (medical negligence, allegation against colleague/staff etc.), gender of recipient and amount paid.
For each of the above if any element cannot be answered can you please still provide the information which can be released?
