1) How many members of staff took sick leave due to mental health issues (including anxiety, depression, stress or other psychiatric illnesses) from 01 January 2021 to 01 November 2021. Please include both the number of staff and the total calendar days lost to sickness per year.
2) For each calendar year from 2017 to 2021, please provide the total number of staff working at the trust and a number for the full-time equivalent FTE roles.
