3. If you do not outsource, can you estimate the cost to the trust to design, maintain, monitor and accredit this training with Skills for Health and any other accreditation such as CPD? If you require a specific time frame for this, 2018/2019 costing period would be preferred
4. Do currently outsource for any other training, either classroom based or online, that is not classed as standard mandatory training? Such as mental health in the work place, physical restraint training or anything else along these lines.
