b. Imbruvica (ibrutinib)

d. R-BAC (rituximab, bendamustine and cytarabine)
e. R-CHOP (rituximab + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone)
f. Nordic Protocol (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, cytarabine & prednisolone)
g. Velcade (bortezomib) + chemotherapy
h. Any other systemic anti-cancer therapy
i. Stem cell transplant
