Paediatric anaesthetics, critical care, Sepsis and regional anaesthesia for upper limb surgery
Dr Sigston initially trained in Edinburgh and then moved to London to gain further experience, in particular at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. His special areas of interest are Anaesthetics, Paediatric Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Sepsis, as well as an interest in Regional Anaesthesia for Upper Limb Surgery.
In 1998 he commenced his consultant post in the Trust in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care. Has previously been lead for Intensive Care, Kent Network Lead for Critical Care and Divisional Director for Planned Services.
