Gen Image

The MTW BME Network was launched in May 2008. Its membership is open to any member of the Trust's staff who is black or from a minority ethnic background.

The broad objectives of the Network are to work in partnership with the Trust to support fairness and transparency, and to promote compliance with statutory duties in relation to the race equality agenda.

The Network will act as a critical friend to the Trust and, in so doing, will provide a voice for BME staff and service users
