Patient Advice and Liaison Service


The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers support, information and assistance to patients, relatives and visitors. 
 

PALS can:

 

  • give you information about our hospital services
  • listen to and pass on your comments, compliments or concerns
  • help you to resolve any problems that you have not been able to sort out with staff on a ward or in a clinic
  • give you information and advice about the formal complaints process and independent advocacy services

We have offices located at Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, Pembury.  Staff in either office can assist you, regardless of which hospital you are calling about.
