Patient Advice and Liaison Service

Please note that PALS enquiries are currently directed to the Maidstone PALS office.
However, please be assured that the PALS service is offered to patients and visitors to Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Hospitals.

PALS offers a drop in service, however, we advise that you call ahead to ensure the office is open as occasionally we have to close in order to attend patient concerns within the Trust.

Alternatively, you can contact PALS to make an appointment if this is more convenient.

  • The PALS Office at Maidstone Hospital is open Monday to Friday, 10am until 4pm.
  • Should you wish to make face to face contact with a member of the PALS team, please call the PALS office on the number below to arrange an appointment.
