Antenatal and Postnatal Services

Most of antenatal and postnatal care will be provided locally by women's community midwives at routine appointments either at the hospital or at your GP surgery. Once confirmed you are pregnant your GP will refer you to your community midwife and the hospital.

Those with more complicated pregnancies will be under the care of medical consultant-led teams in the antenatal clinics at both Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells hospitals.

Maternity day assessment units care for those women who require them.
