PRIMARY CARE
Humana and the eight South East Coast PCTs worked together to produce a report entitled "Knowledge Management: what it is and how to achieve World Class Commissioning (WCC) Standards", January 2009. All PCTs will have copies, Includes self assessment and actions for all PCTs, the Knowledge Library, local best practice.
